Spectrum dvr not working.

It looks like TBS and TNT channels aren't working on any of my connected Channels DVR devices. I'm using Spectrum to log in. I went to the TBS website and am able to watch live TV there; it also works on the SpectrumTV app. I downloaded the latest update and it's still not working.
