I certainly has nausea etc nearly straight away after conception (not that I knew that was what it was at the time, I thought I had food poisoning). However when the nausea continued up to my BFP and beyond, I worked out that I had early-onset morning sickness instead. But being stuffy, fever and feeling crappy is! Literally going thru the same. AF is due Monday & I woke up sick 2 days ago. Back aches , on / off headaches , sneezing, & my throats funny oh and yesterday a little feverish .
