That is the fuse for both doors that is hot all the time, and is the one that people find the parasitic drain on when there is a door latch problem. That said, that door is VERY unsafe without the rear latch in the latched position.Hook back-up the battery negative cable and close the sliding door manually to see if this would do a logic reset of the door.
